  1. Refund Eligibility

  Refunds are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

  Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  Custom-made charm accessories or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  
  

  2. Refund Process

  To request a refund, please contact us via bisou.skin@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  Once approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  
  

  3. Exchanges

  Exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items. Please contact us to arrange this.

  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.

  
  

  4. Non-Refundable Items

  Sale items, skincare products, and opened or used products are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  
  

  5. Additional Notes

  We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  Refunds will only be processed for items purchased directly from Bisou Skin & Charms.

  International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount will include the amount paid by you after any discount or reward less any shipping charges.
